Adapt around dramatic beats
Review editable branches with scene action and dialogue, then shape their hooks and endings.
Start with a novel, find decision points and grow a story tree. Characters and settings stay consistent while viewers choose what happens next. Each branch has its own script, multiple shots and a finished video.

Novel → script → settings → storyboard → video. Build the tree first, then generate and finish each branch separately.

Reuse character, location and prop references across every path.
Start from 1, expand to 1.1 and 1.2, then add new children at any point. Each node is a scene sequence, not one shot.
Root 1 → choices 1.1 / 1.2 → deeper paths 1.1.1 / 1.1.2. Every node is a complete branch with multiple shots.

Explore the branching example ↗Upload a novel or generate it from a synopsis. AI identifies decision points and adapts them into a branching story tree.
Select a node to edit its script and incoming choice. Add children to any node as the story grows. Each branch contains several shots.
Extract characters, locations and props across the tree. Generate or upload shared references to keep alternate paths visually consistent.
Use the tree on the left to switch branches. Edit each shot in one text box, mention references with @, and configure its model, frame and duration.
Merge the shots within each branch. Preview available paths with choice buttons; download branches individually. An MP4 contains one branch, not an interactive tree.
The mainline is 1. Its children are 1.1 and 1.2; 1.1 can split again into 1.1.1 and 1.1.2. Add children at any node; numbers and existing videos remain stable.
References are shared. Confirm them before video generation to keep the story tree consistent. Shot prompts and rendering settings remain independent.
Dialogue and lip-sync depend on the selected video model. No separate dubbing is generated in this workflow.
Prepared illustrated footage demonstrates the workflow; edits and added branches do not change these sample clips.
Bring a novel or synopsis. Start from the mainline and grow new possibilities.
